成熟稳重彬彬有礼的大宫忍（西明日香 配音）、来自英国的留学生少女爱丽丝（田中真奈美 配音）、个性认真智商过人的小路绫（种田梨沙 配音）、活泼开朗大大咧咧的猪熊阳子（内山夕实 配音）、呆萌可爱娇小可人的九条可怜（东山奈央 配音），五个个性迥异但同样善良可爱的女孩顺利的升入了高中二年级。 可是学年刚刚开始，爱丽丝就得到了一个噩耗——忍被分配到了别的班级，不再和她是同班同学了，这让爱丽丝受到了巨大的暴击。虽然不在一个班上课，但五个女孩之间的友情不会有一丝一毫的改变。时间流逝着，充满了意外和惊喜的喜剧继续上演。
