高能氧气剧《蔚蓝50米》是以游泳运动为主题，讲述了游泳少年们为了梦想而奋斗的故事。
1900年，八国联军的炮火攻陷了北京城。在这一年，胡同里的郑家诞生了2个新生命。一个是郑家的少爷郑奉时（王同辉 饰），一个是郑家车夫的儿子贾富贵（陈刚 饰）。同龄的二人一直长大，虽是主仆关系，且性格各异，却情同兄弟。热情奔放富有浪漫气息的奉时追求爱情自由无心过问家业；而富贵则颇有做生意的天赋，且本分、上进和隐忍。二人的不同性格，让他们走上了不同的路。从清朝末期走向民国，经历军阀混战和革命，而后是抗战、解放到新中国的诞生。 他们经历变迁中的中国，遭遇爱情、亲情、友情的冲击，经历一连串矛盾交织的选择和生死离别的痛苦。但最终，九九八十一难经历完后，奉时和富贵这对老朋友老兄弟走过近百年的岁月，九九归一。
该剧是经典小说《金银岛》（Treasure Island）的前传，故事发生在小说时间的「20年之前」，那时Flint船长（Toby Stephens）和他的「Walrus号」尚未成名。该剧将在南非开普敦拍摄，初步定于2014年播出（填补《斯巴达克斯》三部曲终结后的空档），首季为8集。Flint是文学史上最有名海盗角色之一，也是海盗黄金时代的代表人物。他和一些人在新普罗维登斯岛上建立了被称为「海盗天堂」的无政府社区，并为维持新普罗维登斯的存在而与各种敌对势力交战。在这个罪犯的避风港里，除了来自四面八方的海盗外，还有形形色色的妓女、强盗、小偷和寻宝客。Hannah New扮演美丽、勇敢、自信的酒馆老板娘Eleanor，黑白两道都很熟。她一方面帮助低贱的海盗销赃，另一方面也为有钱有势的头面人物举办舞会。Zach McGowan扮演Charles Vane船...
